Privacy policy

Last updated: 15 October 2026

thePassKit sells digital GCSE practice papers at thepasskit.com. This page explains, in plain English, what personal data we collect when you visit, download or buy, and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • Your email address — when you download a free set or buy a paid set, so we can deliver your files and your receipt. Checkout and delivery are handled by Gumroad (at the Gumroad store and its checkout) and, for direct card checkout on this site, by Stripe.
  • Payment details — card payments are processed by Stripe or by Gumroad, depending on which checkout you use. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Basic technical data — like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard technical logs, such as pages visited and browser type, to keep the site secure and running.

What we use it for

We use your details only to run the store: delivering your downloads, sending receipts, sending the future 2027 variant sets included with a purchase, and replying when you contact us. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

This website does not run its own mailing list. If you choose to follow thePassKit on Gumroad, Gumroad may email you about new sets — you can unfollow there at any time.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe and Gumroad may set cookies that are needed for their secure checkout pages to work.

How long we keep it

We keep order records (email address and what was bought) for as long as needed to deliver included future sets, handle support, and meet tax and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your data sooner — see below.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will sort it out.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
